⦁ Purpose of the Website
The Website is designed for personal use, to provide information about our tours and services, general tips on navigating Singapore, to check tour availability on specific dates, and to make legitimate bookings and payments. The Website should not be used for speculative, false, or fraudulent requests. Automated access using robots or similar methods is prohibited.
⦁ Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of others, you are responsible for ensuring they are informed of and accept these Terms and Conditions.
⦁ Information Accuracy
While TOURSTORY strives to ensure the information on the Website is accurate, we do not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and may update the Website's content without prior notice.
⦁ Limitation of Liability
TOURSTORY is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Website.
⦁ Changes to Terms
TOURSTORY reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically review them.
⦁ Content Use
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, or reuse any content from the Website for commercial purposes without written permission from TOURSTORY. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

While using the Website, you may encounter content that is offensive or inappropriate. Use of the Website is at your own risk.

⦁ Pricing
All prices are net, exclusive of Goods & Services Tax, unless otherwise stated.
⦁ Payment Methods
TOURSTORY accepts payments for tours and services via our booking system, unless otherwise specified.
⦁ Reservation Payment
Full payment is required to confirm a tour reservation.
⦁ Booking Confirmation
Upon payment, you will receive a Booking Confirmation via email. This confirmation, along with proof of identity or the credit card used for payment, must be presented to TOURSTORY before starting any tour.
⦁ Compliance and Health Disclosure
You agree to follow TOURSTORY’s safety, health, and security protocols. When booking, you must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancies, or health issues that might affect your participation in the tours.
⦁ Tour Attendance
If, in the reasonable judgment of a TOURSTORY staff member or tour guide, you are deemed unfit to participate in a tour (e.g., appearing intoxicated or likely to disrupt others), TOURSTORY reserves the right to deny your participation.
⦁ Tour Guides
TOURSTORY will strive to select suitable tour guides. Note that our tour guides are independent contractors, not employees or agents of TOURSTORY.
⦁ Timeliness
Tours start promptly. You must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start. TOURSTORY is not obligated to conduct the tour from the beginning if you arrive late and reserves the right to proceed without you.
⦁ Modification Requests
All requests to change tour dates must be submitted in writing via email to TOURSTORY’s Customer Care. Each request will be evaluated individually.
⦁ Change of Date Charges
No charges will apply for date change requests made at least 5 days (120 hours) before the tour date. Charges may apply if the request is made within this period. For example:
⦁ A request received by 1 PM on January 1st for a tour scheduled after 1 PM on January 6th will incur no charges.
⦁ A request received after 1 PM on January 1st for a tour at 1 PM on January 6th may incur additional charges.
⦁ Availability and Alternatives
Acceptance of date change requests depends on the availability of service providers, private tour guides, and transport companies. TOURSTORY will make reasonable efforts to find replacements and offer alternative dates, but does not guarantee availability for the requested date.
⦁ Additional Costs
Any additional charges related to changing the tour date, including those from service providers or administrative fees, will be your responsibility.
⦁ Refunds for Alternative Dates
If TOURSTORY offers alternative dates and you cannot attend, you will receive a full refund of the tour price minus any additional fees or costs incurred. This does not constitute a cancellation and will not be considered under Clauses 28 to 32.
⦁ Third-Party Changes
TOURSTORY will make efforts to avoid changes to tour dates. However, if changes are due to third parties (e.g., ticket price increases, itinerary changes), TOURSTORY reserves the right to adjust the venue, tour guide, or itinerary.
⦁ Non-Refundable Purchases
Unless stated otherwise, all bookings are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
⦁ Cancellation Requests
Requests to cancel must be submitted in writing or via email to TOURSTORY’s Customer Care and will be reviewed individually.
⦁ Refunds for Early Cancellations
For cancellations made at least 5 days (120 hours) before the tour, you will receive a refund of the tour price minus any additional fees and an administrative charge.
⦁ Refunds for Late Cancellations
For cancellations made within 5 days (120 hours) of the tour, a 50% refund will be provided.
⦁ No-Shows
No refunds will be given for no-shows, and retrospective refund requests will not be considered.
⦁ Intellectual Property
TOURSTORY respects intellectual property rights and does not allow posting of content that infringes on third-party rights, including copyrights.
⦁ Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TOURSTORY against any claims or damages arising from content infringement. TOURSTORY may terminate your booking or further transactions if such infringement occurs.
⦁ Privacy
By providing your email, you consent to TOURSTORY adding it to our database. TOURSTORY will comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information.
⦁ Photography and Media
TOURSTORY staff may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, inform TOURSTORY in writing before the tour. Failure to do so implies consent to use these images.
⦁ Risk and Liability
Participation in tours is at your own risk. You release and indemnify TOURSTORY from any claims or damages resulting from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
⦁ Property Damage
You will be liable for any damage caused to TOURSTORY’s property.
⦁ Exemption from Liability
TOURSTORY is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, riots, terrorism, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
⦁ Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining provisions will still apply.
⦁ Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore law, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Singapore Courts.
