Yes, you are free to leave at any time during the tour. Just let us know so we don’t worry and alert the authorities, which we might do in a panic!

For ‘Fixed Route Experiences,’ bottled water is provided. If you want to buy snacks or gifts along the way, those costs are yours. For the ‘Untold Experience,’ everything is included unless specified otherwise. Private tours are customized to your needs, and all details will be clearly outlined upfront.

Unfortunately, the fixed routes are not stroller or wheelchair friendly due to the older infrastructure in Singapore's heritage areas. However, most steps have ramp, slope, or elevator alternatives, though this may require small detours. A private tour might be a better option as it can be tailored to suit the needs and interests of guests.

If food or drinks are mentioned in the itinerary, we will clarify any dietary requirements with you. Please also inform us of any dietary needs upfront.

‘Fixed Route Experiences’ generally last 2.5 hours with short breaks. For the ‘Untold Experience,’ we consider everyone's physical condition beforehand. Private tours are tailored to match your physical abilities.

We conduct tours in English and Japanese. For other languages, please request, and we will try to find a suitable guide (note: additional costs may apply for specialist guides).

Unless you book a private tour, you will be with other participants. Our hosts encourage interaction among group members. It’s a great way to meet people with similar interests, whether it’s heritage, culture, or just the warm and friendly spirit of Singaporeans.

Our groups typically consist of 8 people. This ensures social distancing and keeps the group intimate, allowing everyone to share thoughts and questions comfortably.
